I'm working on this bike and it has a brand new fully charged battery installed, but when i turn the key i hear the fuel pump turn on but all of the lights wont turn on and it will not start (or try to start)
any suggestions?

check the fuses and the starter relay?

the starter solenoid maybe out..Harley's giving the shivers

make sure it's in neutral. maybe the starter is bad.
