I cant figure out how to add this podcast to my ipod?

I have itunes but no instructions from ipod. I read something that said click on podcast and past into address bar, but i see no address bar....

Okay, open up iTunes, and click on the podcasts tab. Then click the "Advanced" menu, and click "Subscribe to Podcast". Paste that espn link ending in ".XML" into the text box it displays, and then click okay.
