It's not illegal to do it but if your neighbours complain you may be asked to close the curtains.

Its no ones business at all whether you walk around naked or not. If they've got a problem with it then let them complain. Or you can just close your curtains then walk around. It's because they have nothing better to do these neighbours that are nosey. I walk around naked all the time and no one notices.

Wandering is OK but standing at the window with a hard on as the neighbours kids arrive home is not to be recommended

of course its legal its your home, can do what you want, unless your exposing yourself to the neighbours then its illegal
more info
According to a recent court case (see link for BBC article) it has become known that it is perfectly legal to wander around naked in the privacy of your garden (in this country at least) even if it should piss off the neighbours. Now whilst it is obvious that the rights of the home owner to enjoy their property, it's also expected that the owner of adjoining properties may not wish to be subjected to the sight of their neighbours in the buff, or more importantly, not want their children to see it.

YES it is as long as you are not exposing yourself in public. Your home is not a public place, there is no problem as long as you dont offend anyone.
Two of my friends are natureists, twin boys, in their home all the family including my friends do that. Of course they dress if there are people visiting but they dont bother if its close friends or family. Its their home, they can do as they please but then again they dont have a nosey neighbour problem.
I do it too sometimes at home, mainly in my bedroom.
If someone sees me thats their problem they shouldnt be looking at me through our windows. David :)xxx

As long as you take reasonable means to prevent passers by from seeing you naked, then you are okay. Reasonable means can consist of putting net curtains up - as people won't see from the street (unless you put the light on).

Legal yes. But if you stand in front of your balcony or window totally naked to the public view, you can be charged of being exhibitionist. In other words, not because you are naked in your own home, but because you exhibit your naked body to others.

Yes you are allowed. However, should your neighbour be distressed by anyone obviously 'displaying' their body parts, an offence of Indecent Exposure could be committed.

I believe it is. I'm not sure. I live in the US.
My landlord saw me naked one time. She kinda smiled and then said, "Oh dear", and then got down from the ladder while she was looking thru my windows. She was painting the house though. She wasn't trying to see me naked.
