Time just changed so I lose an hour of sleep and I go to bed around 9pm and I am supposed to get up at 6:30 am but that NEVER happens as soon as my alarm goes off I hit the snooze button but I dont even realize it. Then I wake up at 7:30am and take a shower and I have to walk to school now because the car got sold. So I am ALWAYS late to school. I dont know what to do Please Help Me!

Try setting your alarm clock across the room - then you HAVE to get up and move across the room to turn it off!

I have had to do that in the past! If that doesn't work - find someone that gets up at a similar time as you (even if they don't live with you) and have them wake you up - have them call you (and put the phone on the other side of the room, too)... after a few days - they won't need to do it, because you will be used to the new time, again!

What you need to do cause i do the same thing is to move your alarm clock to the other end of the room and have the volume on blast. In the mean time you are sure to wake up and move out of the bed to turn it off. AND after that take a hot shower to wake you up even more. Its works for me.

Hmm. I guess being in school early is not really important to you.
You know what? I wake up early when something is really important to me. If I can be late, I will be late, because I'm lazy.

Think up a goal. Why do you not want to be late for school anymore? Be firm, and don't think it's okay to be late again.
For instance, will the school book you for late comings?
If they do, it will show badly in your reports. So, if your grades are very important to you, you have to make an effort for everything, including getting up early.

By the way 9pm is very early, if you wake at 6:30am.
You just have to find the inner drive to awake early.
Best of luck!

(besides what everyone says about leaving the alarm clock on the other side of the room)

Take your responsibility of getting up when you're suppose to. like someone mentioned before, put your alarm clock across the room, then you'll have to get up to shut it off. don't go back to bed. Instead, take a shower and get ready for the day.

All I can tell you is to not push the snooze button and get out of bed. To keep from doing that, you should put your alarm where you can't reach it without getting up.

Keep the alarm clock far away from you but just make sure that you can hear the sound. As soon as it rings, make up your mind and get up.Don't keep the clock so close that you can get it into your hand when you are at bed!As soon as you get up wash your face with water.
ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

Try going to bed at 8:00, teenagers need about an hour more sleep than adults. And try posting in the right category next time.

Set more than one clock and set the clock far away from you to where you will have to get up.
Get your mom to wake you up but set your clock across the room so when it goes off you have no choice but to get up.
