good outside things for an 11 year old?

Any good ideas of what to do ouside that an 11 year old can do beside ride bike jump rope hullahoop play with a ball or swing ?

Skating or swimming come to mind.

Depending on how involved you get, you could take your kid hiking or boating. You could also take your kid hunting if you're into that.

Big trampolines are also a lot of fun, although I can almost guarantee you that someone's going to fall off sooner or later.

Why not just go for a walk?
Maybe plant a garden in the spring?
swim in the summer?
walk a dog?
read a book under a tree?
play hide and seek?
