None. It's too far away to matter in that short of a time frame.

The same as it had on April 15, 1854.
And June 14, 1956.
And Dec 2, 2005.
Namely, no effect at all.

The Milky Way's Black Hole is "off" at present, and likely won't turn on for the next 10 million years or so, given the amount of interstellar gas in its immediate vicinity. Even then, we are well-protected from it by distance and by a considerable amount of intervening interstellar matter.

Same as always. Why should a man made date influence the way the universe works? Do you think it will check its calendar and decide to behave differently?
Don't be taken in by all the doom sayers. The earth will not end on that date.

Pretty much the same effect it is having today -- it is at the galactic center, thus is the "focal point" of the galaxy's gravity, and provides the point about which the entire galaxy rotates.
Beyond that, nothing special at all.

Nothing out of the ordinary i.e. it has an affect on us gravitationally, but it will not change substantially.

Maybe if we are all lucky it will suck us into it and we will disappear forever, before all the countries of the world declare war and blow each other off the map.
