To tell you the truth, I have never heard of shiznits controls, but here are the ones I use to win,

Right Analog Stick

-Half way(like quick shot) for quick jab
-All the Way(like slapshot) for big punch to the head

Left analog stick

-Move left and right to dodge opponents punches

x-jab (left or right)
a-dodge punch
y-upper cut
b-break away when opponent is holding on to you
Lt/Rt-grab opponents arm
