My girlfriend is a Tom Boy and will race me on the quads, ride the motor cycles or go off-roading in the Land Rover. She will even wash them when dirty. She knows a piston from a crankshaft and how they work. She is a country girl but can still be feminine and is real pretty. The jobs usually associated with men do not phase her and she will roll up her sleeves and help me anytime in the garage or garden. I named her Miss Mash from the term miss mash which means a mixture of things. I used to call her Ladyboy, but when she found out what they were, the name had to go. My husband calls me tender heart b/c I have such a big heart and I am so passionate when it comes to issues as child abuse and adoption.
I call him boss. His fave movie is Cool Hand Luke so when I am cleaning the house and he is lounging I'll say "cleaning the sink, boss" or "taking a break, boss"

my other half calls me boo, hence the screen name. i liked the film monsters inc and we saw it on one of our first dates so it just stuck. then we found out that when someone is your 'boo' it means that they are your world and the closest thing to them. quite sweet huh?
then jamie oliver went and gave his 2nd kid the middle name boo, and my other half is a chef... we had it first! we're not copying!
