I would try stuff like oust or febreeze. But even if its cold i would try and leave the windows open for a couple of hours as well. I know you bath in tomato juice if the smell gets on a you but I don't know how to get it out of the air. Sorry and good luck.

You are going to have to get rid of the spot that got sprayed first (Tomato juice) then you can open the windows if not the smell will keep coming in and I am sure you dont want that! I would also try ODO-BAN since it is cold it is great! It cleans disinfects and gets rid of odors! It is available at wal-mart.
It may work w/o opening the windows.
Hope this helps!

You will get a ton of ideas but really, it will need to fade and it will. Febreeze is the best I have found....good luck. Perhaps just be sure in the future there will be nothing attracting the skunk..they love trash...maybe put the trash cans inside if they are out......we had a dog, very dumb dog who got sprayed too many times.....over and over and for that tomato juice did the trick.......!!!!

If I remember correctly the soap I used was Green and called DIAL - my two dogs were sprayed and we washed them with Dial soap and it worked good to remove the skunk smell.
So maybe just having shaved Dial soap in a few containers in various spots in the house may get rid of the wonderful skunk aroma.

You can actually buy a neutralizing spray, we got it from the extension office. We live in the country and we had 9 of the bloody things under our house, I can now smell them 100 miles away! Some pet stores sell a neutralizer as well but they are not typically as potent as the ones you can get from your extension agents.

if you know the place that was sprayed, that is where to treat it then the odor will disappear in your house. Pour tomato juice on the area that was sprayed.

you'll have to call a professional and have the place fumigated, when I was a kid this happen to our motorhome we were traveling in and thats what the insurance company had told us. Call a carpet cleaning company and they'll be able to help you
