It happened at midnight sunday, so yes your behind. Just apply the new time in your settings. Usually if you have the right time zone, it does it automatically, but this year it came early,so they probably just left it to you.

My cell phone changed on its own, so I'd say your cell phone company will do the same.

Yes- on saturday night they went ahead 1 hour. I forgot and was late to church! Cell phones do adjust automatically- mine did- that's how I knew I was late.

You may have to set it yourself. Mine reset itself yesterday, but my husband had to set his by himself. I guess it depends on the phone.
