want a picture that was yahoo news in januay or February 2007 of famous man touring a site with holes in socks

this picture came up as a news photo feature...i think the man was an official or government worker of some kind...possibly british and touring an asian site where he had to take off his shoes and showed big holes in his socks....how do i find the photo new history..thanks for any help
