Personally, anything, really. I like them all - noses, tongues, lips, ears, nipples, navels, clit hoods, labias, fourchettes... they're all nice.
Just keep your jewelry small and classy, and guys will find them strangely sexy - even it's not something they usually go for.

Just try ears, and if you already have them, don't get more. People shouldn't get 100000 piercings.
The problem with belly-button piercings is that if you gain weight or get pregnant, you can stretch the skin, and with the piercing it might not go back right.
Think more about what you should get, and don't listen to these people you don't know telling you what to do, they don't know what you look like, and what would look nice. Ask people that you love, and care about, people that can see you, and know your personality. Ask people who know what's best on you.

certainly one of my ex's, we've been fabulous out between training, we had approximately an hour till ultimately we each had our next type and we've been sitting down ingesting.
