According to "Mythbusters" on the Discovery channel you shouldn't put a jawbreaker in the microwave. The Mythbusters heated up a jawbreaker and made a jaw-like mechanism that bit down on it and when it broke and molten liquid spewed from it.
Though I couldn't find the videos that demonstrated this, if you haven't heard of this show you should check it out.

There's a rule around my workplace that 3 bean burritos are outlawed, and its not only because they stink cooking in the microwave. BTW just for the record, the rule wasn't implemented because of Grassy lol

Hair weave! My sister years ago left it in the microwave for too long. It is the most nauseating, God awful thing I have ever smelled. We slept in our cars that night it was so bad. True story.
