Clomid stimulates the ovaries to release more eggs, increasing the chance for the woman to get pregnant. It also increases your chances for multiples since more eggs are released.
I have never used it, but have had many friends that have used it and gotten pregnant. My best friend had twins while she was on Clomid.

Clomid is a fertility drug for women who have issues conceiving.
I did not take it, HOWEVER, my sister in law did and is currently pregnant with twins. She was on the lowest dose of Clomid prescribed and within a few months (2 or 3) she is pregnant with multiples!
She is a few weeks further along than I am, but overall - IT WORKED!

Hi i took clomid and on my first cycle i got pregnant.. It happened so fast i cud not believe it.. Im having a baby boy on april 2nd 2016.. I did use a ovulation kit.. And just took it on my most fertile days..

of course, many people have taken clomid and it worked, otherwise no one would be using it. it is an ovulation induction agent

we took it and it works! but u need the ovulotion predictor kit to assist you as well.
As i know, there is saliva ovulotion kit and clearblue/clearplan fertility monitor which we can buy it in the market
