Wish I could remember. What I do remember thinking is that's what happens in a country where guns are legal.
Look at the statistics on murder with guns and no other country comes close.
I also remember thinking that the school system must do more to ensure safety, ie monitors and metal detectors and zero tolerance and serious consequences for violating them.
-----------------
Golden: you're an idiot. Go take your meds before you blow a gasket.
What kind of parents don't know where their guns are? Or how mental their kids are? What kind of stupid kids hear threats for days and don't tell their teachers?
Racist...you're the racist one thinking your better than everyone else...and you call yourself Christian too? I have another word for you...HYPOCRITE.
Go ask mommy for your bottle, it's naptime.
Sorry, Jessica, those are the stats. Watch Michael Moore's story on Columbine, and you'll get a clearer picture of what was really going on.
Unfortunately, in this case, it was not stolen guns...it was mommy and daddy's.
I had never ever heard of a single shooting growing up, ever. It was only when guns started being illegaly imported from the states and got into hands of criminals that shootings began. No one will ever convince me in a million years that any good comes from being a gun owner.

I was going to school at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
I lived in a dorm room with no TV and no internet connection, so I didn't hear about it until a friend that lived off campus and had a TV told me a few days later.
Eve:
Most of those 'reports' are not comparing percentages. They are comparing actual numbers, so of course we would have more in our entire country. Since countries like England fit into one of our states. If you want to do a true comparison, you'd compare a state of equivalent size, population and economic structure. Then you would have a true comparison to show which area has less gun related crime.
And please let us try to remember that the majority of school shootings involve ILLEGALLY obtained firearms and that these criminals are not really interested in obeying the law. They are bent on killing, and if they don't have a gun, they'll use or make something else, like a fertilizer bomb, for example.
At least if law abiding citizens have guns we have a chance of stopping these maniacs. For example, Trolley Square last month. Sulejman Talović would probably have killed a lot more people, as that mall is always very busy, if Kenneth Hammond hadn't held him back by returning fire until police could arrive on the scene.

I was 7, and in 1st grade. I don't remember Columbine at all though. I guess I was too young- I didn't watch the news at that age and my parents probably didn't tell me about it.

NO! April 20 is likewise Hitlers birthday, in the event that they have been potheads they might have in no way carried out what they did. they might have had acquaintances and can have sat around and joked approximately it, yet marijuana makes you pleased fabric, it takes the edge off. possibly they have been cokeheads or crackheads or methheads yet definately no longer potheads.

You have bought from the "preacher of iniquity" it is in the Holy Bible look it up! =it means you believe the evil lies of hate against the USA, period! And I know I am not God but I know WHAT HE TEACHES US IN HIS HOLY WORD! = And that is there is a right and wrong way! Muslims are wrong! After I read your additions to your post, I agree on one thing, yep, PUT WALLS UP AROUND OUR U.S. BORDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Last comment about your answer EVE* You said:
'"But everyone knows it's a waste to talk to hard core republicans or whatever it is you tend to call yourself (I like to call it inhuman). " End of you quote.
