Like people with blue, brown, green, or shades of those color eyes, GLBT are born that way.
No one should say that we have no rights.
Nature made us who we are along with everyone else.
We don't live in a perfect world and even if being GLBT wasn't an issue something else would be.
Most folks are good and kind people trying to live their lives but then you have the others who make all the racket.
WWhen you open a newspaper or see the news on TV etc. it's mostly about what is going wrong. Too bad! There is more right going on then wrong.

The point is this. It does not matter whether homosexuality is genetic or if it is a choice. Everyone has the right to live their life the way the want to and no one has the right to force their personal beliefs on others. While the Bible says that fornication is a sin, it does not condemn homosexual identity. And even if it did, everyone has the right to believe or not believe the Bible. That is everyone's right as a sovereign citizen of the United States. If the government is going to prohibit same sex marriage, it must do so on non-religious grounds, because not all religions believe that homosexuality is sin. There is no non-religious reason to deny same gender marriage. (The inability to procreate has not now nor has it ever been a cause to deny marriage).

Homer loves Marge and cannot really be tempted by other women. I believe that Homer DOES exercise his own choice in the matter and his choice is to love his wife.

Be true to thy self is my motto. You are what you are and although I believe we can be influenced by others I do not believe for a moment that anybody would ever "choose" to be homsexual, lesbian, transgendered etc. They either are or aren't.
That to me is like saying someone chooses to be black or white.
People are who and what they are irregardless of who understands them or not. And Thank goodness more and more people on this earth are learning to be more open minded and accepting of differences.
I guess it really pisses me off to hear of people being told to "choose" to be something different than what they are.
Who would "choose" or "want" to be unaccepted and ridiculed by close minded individuals for not being status quo?

you are stupid. a famous satanist once said that we all know what is right and wrong. if you don't you're a waste of life. some religious people (the ones that get all of their ethics and morals from the bible) are retarded. did you need the bible (etc.) to tell you that murder or rape is wrong; or do you inherently feel that its wrong?
btw. is it any business of yours what anyone does in private? it seems as though your fascination with homosexuality is actually your own latent homonessity.
get a life.
