Tides are influenced by the moon, although the sun can have a minor effect creating higher or lower than normal tides.

The earths rotation is the driving force for weather systems, causing wind.

evaporation = liquid -> gas
deposition = adding layers of solid to a solid
sublimation = solid -> gas
plasmation = molding or forming

run off = water coming off the land into rivers/oceans
precipitation = any sort of water (eg rain, fog, snow) coming from the sky

That should be enough to answer the questions!
