I'm 44 and I think that people who post their adresses, pictures of themselves and their children and where they work are asking for trouble from pedophiles and people looking for victims. I saw one the other day that showed pics of the lady's duaghter in her cheerleading uniform. This tells a criminal where the child goes to school, what town she lives in and pretty much how to find her. She was very pretty by the way. It is a shopping mall for people that want to do harm.

it's for high schoolers who can't do anything, college kids who are busy, and alumni who want to keep up with their old classmates. i use it to keep up with people i knew (keep up=read their blogs but not actually talk to them), and i have no intention on ballooning my friend list up to the hundreds or thousands i see on there just to be 'popular'. if someone at work asked me if i wanted to be their myspace friend i'd smack them upside the head. it's mostly pointless and a time waster.

although i know quite a few older people on myspace....many parents dont like it because their daughter is a **** and she is just trying to hook up with strangers or show pictures of herself mostly naked

I think they are starting to like it. There are 40 and 50 year olds using it now.

I'm 25 i don't know what you consider old, but why would i like it so much its just peoples picture and people talking girly drama
