1. If it a USPS money order at any Post Office in the United States. No fee to cash.

2. At any supermarket that you have a check cashing card that accepts money orders. Usually a small fee $.50 - $1.50 to cash.

3. At any neighborhood check cashing store. They charge a percentage of the face value of the money order, like 2.5% or something like that.

4. Your local bartender, if they know you THAT well!
