I am reposting this question because I didn't get very many responses the first time:

It seems as if the electrical wiring has gone crazy on my Cavalier. The horn, speedometer, and fuel gauge do not work anymore. The speedometer says I am going 90mph when I am stopped at a stop light!! I am desperately needing to get my horn fixed at the least because I have not been able to get my inspection renewed for the last 6 months. Has anyone else had this problem? How much was it to fix it?

You may want to check the wire harness directly underneath the battery. Check to see if battery acid has been leaking on-to and into the wire harness. Another problem that usually exsists at the same time is the DRL (daytime running lights) are inop.

Also check to make sure all fuses are ok.
