If they are being received on a company email address the answer is yes. Anything which resides on a company asset or server is the property of the company and is not subject to privacy protections.

anything written on a company computer is available to the company. If it was a company e-mail than of course they have access and probally will check it if you used the e-mail to speak with clients or to do business because they will not want to loose the clients you used to work with.

They sure can. In fact, as your company email was the property of the company while you worked there, they also had the right to go through your emails while you were employed.

Yes. If the email is handled by their equipment, it belongs to them, not to you. That includes personal email if you were storing it on their computer.
You have NO expectation of privacy when at work. The courts have ruled on this several times.
