The obvious one is the security issue.
Having your pass word stolen and funds illegally taken from your account. Internet passwords are not safe.

Often there is a delay in funds being cleared.
Cheques have to be mailed away.

No human interaction.
When it comes time to apply for a loan at your local branch, you have no relationship with the bank staff.
In banking you need to be seen by the branch manager and staff on a regular basis to form a relationship.

Well I hate to take away from yellowstonedogs opinion, but since I am disabled, I love my Internet banking...

I can check my cleared checks, I can see my deposits, I can see my withdraws, I can transfer money from checking to savings and vice verse, I can print up any copies I need with out leaving home...

My bank installed several new options for security and I have had no problems for the last 5 years I have done on line banking...
