statement of results?

dear friends, i am in the process of applying to a university.One of the supporting documents is a statement of results.I want to find out if it is the same as a transcript from a university or can you just list ouit all the subject i have taken and the respective marks attained.Thanks for the help

i hope this helps,im not sure this is what they want but it cant hurt or type in general search (how to fill out collage application and see what pops up there has to be a layout somewhere.it is important though i do know that,
