Any store's website should have a size calculator for you.

Now, the best fit will come from being measured, but these sites walk you through how to measure on your own.

It is tricky to measure without a bra, but you might be able to do it yourself!

Good Luck!

If you go to Macys or Victoria's Secret, they will give you a professional bra fitting. It's super easy, and you'll be happy you did it.

Just go up to one of the sales staff and say you need to be measured for a bra. It's a little awkward at first, but just remember that you're both women and there's nothing to be shy about!

There are formulas you can use to figure out your bra size, but they're usually wrong.

Measure yourself with a tape measure. You know, the generally white floppy things with inches and centimetres on them that seamstresses use.

Also, I would beware of some online bra calculators and rules. The only way to know your true bra size is to try on different sizes! You can use a calculator as a guide, but it might not be accurate. For example, according to the add-5-and-subtract rule, I wear a 34B. My actual size is a 32DD.

Use this simple formula
Measure under your bust wear the bra strap would sit.
Take this measurement (in inches): if it is even, add four, if it is odd, add five. The resulting number is your band size.
Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts; don't squish them ! This is your bust size
To obtain your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. If the two are the same, you are an A cup. If your bust size is one inch larger than your band size, you are a B cup,two inches larger and you are a C cup. 3 inches you are a D and so on.

LOL well you can measure below the chest area to find what you are there and across them in the middle. If you are 14 you probably take the smallest, but I am not sure. A is the smallest so just try A and if it doesn't fit work your way up.

This is from a guy who wear bra's, I have found that if you go to hanes.com ,and in bra's,They have a bra selector,to help you find your size, I know that you mesure you chest like 34,and then the cup size that im not sure about, but the bra selector should get you what you need to know,

Well go the the bras and grab a couple, probably A cup for your age, and try em on til one fits. Or go to Sears and they will measure you and fit you for a bra.

U could go to victoria's secret and they will measure you and tell you for free. If not, your best bet would be to try and find a measuring tape and D.I.Y.
