i've had a best friend since i was 2 years old. my best friend and my spouse are drowning and i can save only one of them. who should i choose and why?

Save your spouse because that's who you are supposed to live with for the rest of your life. Your heart may shatter upon the news of your best friend's death but as years pass you won't even remember a person like that was in your life.

Even the best of friends drown away with time, but your spouse is your best friend, guide, partner, father of your children till death. Save your spouse if she your best friend she will probably understand!

While saving a person, alway keep in mind:
1> Don't bother about what realtion you have with the person. Even if he's your enemy, save him. If you keep wondering about whom to save, you won't be able to save anyone.
2> Try to save the one whom you can pull out easily first. Or else there are chances that you won't be able to save both.
3> Btw, before you jump, make sure you can swim...

How much do you love your spouse - or who do you love more? If you don't love your spouse, save your best friend. If you love your spouse more than your best friend, then save your spouse.

MY FIRST CHOICE WILL BE MY SPOUSE BECAUSE SHE IS MY LIFE PARTNER MOREOVER MOTHER OF MY KIDS. MY KIDS MAY ASK THE ANSWER FROM ME THAT WHY YOU HAVE NOT SAVED THEIR MOTHER'S LIFE. I HAVE ALSO GIVEN THE PROMISE TO HER WHILE I WAS GETTING MARRIAGE WITH HER THAT I WILL TAKE CARE TO HER FOR ALL TIMES SO I CANNOT LEAVE HER DROWNING.

Husband, because you can lean on him and he can support you through the loss of your friend thus strengthening your relationship, plus you can have a family with your husband--it's better for you to let go of your friend than make your children go through life without a father.

By the time you read this, they will both probably be dead! Did your best friend ever betray in any major way? Did your husband? If no to both, I'd still pick the best friend.
