Are there any other mobile services, other than cingular, that have rollover minutes?

I want to get a new phone service cause cingular is pissin me off, but the only thing keeping me with them is the fact that they have rollover. I was wondering if anyone knew of another company that might have it.

Nope, it's a service exclusive to Cingular.
