I am staying at Disney Caribbean Beach resort this weekend. Where can I work out?

I called and there is no work out room on the premises. Any suggestions on places to work out at DisneyWorld?

You can only take advantage of delux resort fitness centers if you are actually staying at one. And the Caribbean Beach is a moderate resort. So you won't be able to take that recommendation.
Instead, take advantage of the CB's walking trails and main/village pools! The Village pools are open late (till about 12:30am each day). Here are the great recreational activities the CB has to offer!

Jogging Trail: Take a scenic 1.4-mile run, walk or stroll around Barefoot Bay. Volleyball Court: Grab a pal for a friendly match on the sand. Bike Rentals: Rent a bike or surrey for a leisurely ride along the island promenade.

Also keep in mind that when you spend a full day at any of the Disney theme parks, you'll walk about 20 miles each day.

Most of the deluxe resorts at disney have fitness centers. The one that comes immediately to mind is the Grand Floridian. They normally offer discount to guests who are currently staying on property elsewhere. You should be able to get that info at 407-W-Disney or at www.disney.com.
Caribbean Beach resort is a large resort and a great place to jog. I don't recall if they have actual trails to jog on but there shouldn't be a problem with you running on the parking lot all the way around the resort if that is easier than going to a different resort. Have a great trip!
