Yes, acupuncture helps. It helps physically with the needles, and it helps mentally with all the process. In my case, as soon as I walk in the room I start relaxing, it's the whole process, the smells, the way you're treated, etc. that I like and sooths me down.

I can't wait to hear the answers to this as I wonder myself.

But that said, talk to your dr. I know, I know. But there are decades and decades of years of research, new meds all the time. Think, you could go to the dr today and by this weekend, take that entire edge off. The feeling that you want to rage, or cry...then feeling fine....like you can handle it with chocolate or yoga. Then the rage or stress comes again.

But with the right meds, you may find the right one and feel NO other affects, just ahhhhhhhhhhhhh...normal. Even keel. Fine. In control and at ease. Plus, some of these meds are only $4 a month at walmart, lol. Take their list with you to the doc if you are worried about money.

No acupuncture did not do a thing for me except leave all these little red marks all over my skin. Yoga is Amazing and no needles!

I recently purchased a meditation cd....All I do is put it on, lay down and listen...honestly it takes you to another place and the relaxed feeling lasts for the day. I even get my daughter to listen to it! Well worth a try before you go to get needled.........
