My girlfriend and I were together for over 2 year already. I was very much in love with her. She is in love with me also. I started dating her since she was a freshman and I was a senior. Now, she is a junior and I am in college. 5 days ago, we had sex. 2 days ago, I broke up with her because I caught her cheating with another guy. I was very heartbroken when I saw her with him. and now, she is going to charge me for statutory rape. But I wasn't forcing her to have sex with me. It was a mutual decision. During the act, she never told me to stop. I just hope that she isn't pregnant for what I did though.

Jail bait! I feel so sorry for young men. You know that 17 years and 363 days is still Jail Bait why do you fall for it? Your not a fish, grabbing at something to eat in order to survive. If she is pregnant, do not assume that it is your baby. If you caught her cheating there is no way to tell how many guys she has been with and how long it has been going on. Insist on a DNA test if she tries to pin anything on you. I hate to say it but, keep your pole put away until you own a pond to dip it in.
