If you are in the state of New York, just take it off and go topless. A judge there said it is legal for women to do this.

Ask for a raise so you can buy a new one! If that does not work then ask for the extra time to go and change. Either way they lose money one way or the other, but I would try to get a new shirt out of the deal.

Can you run out at lunchtime and purchase another shirt to wear and then change into it?
Or, ask a co-worked if they have an extra sweater or work-out clothes in the car that you can borrow.

Tell your boss you think you're coming down with something, and go home! You don't want to wear an itchy sweater all day.

If you have a shirt underneath, take it off. Or you could try to go back home (if you live nearby) and change. Maybe go buy another shirt as well
