I have had some success with Weight Watchers. You can eat what you want but in moderation. Moderation is key. Enjoy some chocolate cake, but just a slice, not 1/2 the cake.
And the key to success is the water. Drink your water! I have a hard time drinking water and I got packets of taste sensations from Target and it really helps.

Mono. Trust me it works In high school I got it and I lost 30 pounds it was great.But then people started to say I was anorexic so I gained some of it back.

learning to eat properly getting adequate nutrients for your gender portion control and exercise..there is no "best diet"
and plenty of water

for billy it is the drunk diet, I lost 40 pounds once by just drinking.
