I have had some success with Weight Watchers. You can eat what you want but in moderation. Moderation is key. Enjoy some chocolate cake, but just a slice, not 1/2 the cake.
And the key to success is the water. Drink your water! I have a hard time drinking water and I got packets of taste sensations from Target and it really helps.

Mono. Trust me it works In high school I got it and I lost 30 pounds it was great.But then people started to say I was anorexic so I gained some of it back.
