yeah, they look terrible.

But, if you are get a poor price for your milk, animals and other products, while supermarkets rake it in in profits. What would you do?

Make money from advertising to offset some bills and fund your family. It is the consumer buying cheap from tescos and the like who has contributed to it. The farmer would rather look out on animals in his field too, but it is not worth his effort to work the land anymore.

No one complains about hundreds of huge bill boards in every town, massive shopping signs, flashing neon lights in cities and these are all own and managed by advertising giants, who dont need the revenue have a much as a farmer with a family to feed.

I presume you get top contributor by telling the question asker what they want to hear, not from having a logical opinion.

Some farmers have to do this to get the money they need to keep the bank from foreclosing. If they let clear channel put advertising on those signs that are on poles, I think they should let a farmer earn a few bucks doing something similar.

yes they look horrible..but they generate revenue... and what are you looking at them for, shouldnt you be driving with due care and attention?

when the farmer parks one outside your house, you can whinge and moan all you like... its not your land, nor your trailer...and as such is nothing to do with you...

We haven't many farms, where we live. I haven't noticed, any trailers, with adverts, on it, though.
