get entry to on your pen force over usb would be lots slower than study/write speeds and bus velocity of the relationship on your inner no longer ordinary force. i'm guessing domicile windows relies upon upon the certainty that that's probable swifter to apply a pen force preconfigured as substitute area (uncertain what the domicile windows parlance is) than to alter the size of the website document on the c force which I keep in mind was once as little bit of a ponderous and in touch technique in xp. Linux generally instruments up an more desirable than sufficient substitute area in its very own separate partition throughout the installation technique, so there is neither the will nor any option to alter its length at the same time as the device is in operation. So i think of the respond on your question isn't any, using distinctive techniques the two systems create digital reminiscence. In different words, linux already has stacks of 'prolonged ram' first of all. Cheers!

Have you seen http://pclinuxos.com or any of the 310 at http://livecdlist.com that are all free?
