can you elaborate more about sud-sud? is that a food or an ancient thing? ive been to places in RP but never come across a sud-sud

somewhat, Cordillera Administrative area isn't an self reliant area.WHY? Cordillerians did no longer allowed to be because of the fact we are able to no longer have fund from the government(Manila workplace). Administrative area are funded by making use of the government at the same time as self reliant area are funded by making use of the community officers in straight forward terms.....
