NOT AFRAID
Fear is an epidemic problem in the world today. We have phobias for almost everything. I've known my own fears, dating back to my childhood. I can honestly say today that I am a free woman...since I met Jesus.
Em7 Cmaj7
v.1 When I was a child I lay alone at night
G B7 Em7
So scared of the dark, I prayed, I cried
Cmaj7
A little older and my darkness hadn’t changed
G B7
Still alone, still afraid
C B Em-D-Em
chorus Since I met you I have never been the same anymore
Em-D-Em
Not afraid anymore
C B Em-D-Em
And I bet you that this light is You dawning in my soul
Em-D-Em
Not afraid anymore
C B
So I'm thanking you right now
v.2 Like a dreamer, I began to walk this road
So sure of myself, if I would try
And as the days went by, my dreams began to fade
But then I looked, into your eyes
You are my Knight in shining armor. You stole my heart away. Jesus, my love, Jesus my life!

First, I would recommend talking with someone with more actual training in the field. If money is tight, look for a community outreach program to help you find cheap or free counseling. I know I used to be anxious thinking that others were constantly judging me. Eventually I realized that, though that may be true, I am not the only one being judged in a room; in fact, most people are so egocentric they will probably not recognize me a week from now, let alone remember if I stuttered over a word or had a pimple on my chin. Also, I made a point of giving others a compliment if I felt uncomfortable in a new situation to make conversation and show that I was friendly. I would point out liking a shirt or piece of jewelry and eventually bring the conversation around to having a piece like it of my own; once we had something in common, the playing field felt a bit more even.

Sometimes I suffer from the same symptoms. Not sure why. But what I found was that if I get a wave or fear or anxiety, if I step aside from it it rises and falls away as long as I don't give it the attention it craves. It's not the real me. It takes some energy to push through the fear, but once I do that I found that the reality on the other side of the fear is very different and acceptable from the fear reality in my mind. And then you adjust and you can cope better. It takes time but strive to overcome little by little and you will get there.

CBT Therapy- now.
No, not three months after you start working and the job gives you benefits (assuming you don't have them now)
I mean, before you ever walk in that door.
You'll be OK, but you need someone who knows this stuff inside and out and who's going to get you into a support group or something liek that also.
It sounds like you lost plenty of your support group, the people who would take your side and back you up.
Else, I wonder why there would be such a change. Anyway,
You're going to be fine, but you could use a good boost.
Good luck!!!
And, as a sufferer, I admire that you're going back out there.

Don't make it out to be such a bad thing.Maybe your perspective is different after losing two family members. Two of my siblings died young(both at 53)and it changed me all though I did't know it at the time.Don't make the same mistake I did .Sometimes we think things don't affect us much.I would advice you put the future job on hold till you can get a better grasp on your situation.Failure to do so may be a mistake. There are no emergencey's don't rush it.
good luck
