How this virtual PC can run on the host operating system....how much space of harddisk or RAM it takes? Why we cannot find the particular files in Virtual PC through Host operating system though it is accessing the same Harddisk? plzzzz answer in detail.

that's because a virtual PC is not on your pc's hard drive !! , a virtual environment , such as using bartPE uses the computers RAM to create a virtual hard drive and allows windows to be ran
off a CD or DVD
