you say "thank you for your time, I'm excited about the offer you extended me and will call you with a response within the next 2 days." Something to this effect. I was in the same position a couple of months ago. The company should be happy that you take time to make your decisions, so it should all work out. If you like the company, but someone else makes you a better offer, call the first company back and tell them you are interested, but would like to renegotiate the salary information if possible. Let them know that you want to join their team, but that you've received an offer for more money. Sometimes organizations have bonuses and other benefits that don't go into the bottom line salary number, so take that into consideration also.

I wouldn't say anything about other jobs, rather, just ask when they will be making a decision and if offered the job, when would they want you to start.

This question comes up here all the time. You are in job search mode and have multiple interviews. Unfortunately, if you get multiple offers, they dont' all come in at the same time. So what do you do if you get the less desirable one first? The first step is to ask how much time you have to make a decision. This varies from employer to employer and depends on the position and urgency. Let's say they want a decision immediately, you then contact the other potential employers whose positions you prefer, say that you have received an offer and would like to know if they can make a decision on you. I've done this and sometimes it works! Usually though, they will respond they can't make a decision yet. In the latter case, you accept the less desirable job. If while you're starting it, a better offer comes along, just quit the job and take the better offer. This happens all the time. Although the current employer won't like it, they know you can do this legally and it's happened to them before. It's just part of business. Don't worry about it.

You must be exceptionally qualified if you have three interviews. If these are second interviews they will usually be with a group of individuals you will be working closely with. Chances are that they, too, have others to interview. So the issue may not even present itself at that moment.
That said, let me make a very strong suggestion that you take a moment to write a thank you note to each person or group that you interviewed with (directing it to the person who would be your immediate boss). I cannot stress enough how important a move this will be on your part. It is a highly professional thing to do and shows your awareness of the time it takes them to complete this process.
And no matter what else...BE YOURSELF in that interview. My daughter recently had two interviews for one very good position at our local university. The second one (interview) was a group of five. She allowed her friendly, happy, and joking self to emerge and then sent a nice thank you note. She not only got the position but found that she was working in her dream job. The entire group turned out to be a very happy, silly bunch that loves to joke and they were looking for someone just like her to complete their staff. So always be yourself. If you don't get that particular position then maybe it was for the best. You may have ended up with a bunch of grumpy stuffed shirts and miserable in your job. It's not always about the money. That is important but you should "want" to go to work everyday. That alone can make all the difference. If you are miserable with your harsh boss then all that money won't mean a thing...you'll be living on egg shells waiting for him to find an excuse to fire you.

That old saying of "Don't count your chickens before they are hatched" Unless you have the credentials to pick and chose your jobs, you may want to except the first and second positions then go home and make a decision, you may also want to take the job if they say you are hired because you do not know if the other 2 are gonna call right now, good luck you are very fortunate to have 3 interviews.

You don't need to tell any prospective employer that you have applied for other jobs. Take things one step at a time. When you are offered all 3 jobs, you can reject two by saying you have been offered a better job.

They will be expecting it. The people that interview have done this many times before. They expect candidates to be interviewing in multiple places. Just tell them you are considering other offers, and they will be fine.

If theya re first interviews, cahnces are you won't be immediately offered a job. If they don't then just go on to your other interviews. If they do, you'll havet o decide if you want teh one they are offering right them most likely. If they need someone badly enough, they aren't going to wait for ya. Dorry, wish I could help ya better.

"Thank you, I am very interested in this position, however, I have spoken to other employers and owe them the courtesy of hearing their offer before I respond."

Be sure to give and absolute timline for when you will respond to their offer (two days, say).
