My husband and I are trying for a baby and right now I have a few signs that would suggest I am pregnant but knowing my body the way I do, these are also signs of an impending period. Why is it like that?!

Basically when you have your period your body is going through the stages of early pregnancy, the body then realizes that the egg is not fertilized and rejects it, causing your period.

So every month your body beleives it is pregnant, when it realizes its not you have a period- that is why the symptoms are the same!

It all happens in the same place. All come from hormones. It happened to me the same way, and I still don't know if I'm pregnant. Best of Luck to you!

Because nature has a sick sense of humor...And the horomone that is released during pregnancy is also released during PMS and your cycle. It sucks, I know bu that's being a woman I guess...
