Mostly, morning sickness is just feeling nauseous, or being violently ill. It varies from woman to woman, AND from pregnancy to pregnancy. I am pregnant with my 6th child, and I was sick for 3 months straight, 24/7. It was TERRIBLE. Sometimes, I would be violently ill whenever I smelled/ate/drank something, other days, I would just FEEL nauseous. My other pregnancies, I was only mildly nauseous for about 3 weeks or so.

And don't forget that the term "Morning Sickness" is deceiving; it's not necessarily only in the morning. It can strike at ANY time!!

The best answer for this is that it depends! Every woman feels morning sickness to a different degree, and some don't have it at all (lucky them!)

There is however, at least one drug available that helped me with my morning sickness. It's Phenegrine, and it really helped me get through those months where I was sick 24/7.

Well there is different ranges of morning sickness. It can be from just feeling nauseous to felling nauseous and vomiting to all of these things plus not being able to even smell food because it will make you vomit. Also even though it is called"morning sickness" it can happen any time of the day or night. With my first child I called any time sickness because I had it morning noon and night. It didn't matter weather it was morning or not. You could try eating some saltine crackers before getting out of bed in the morning or any time before getting out of bed that helped me Little. Good luck and congrats!

You feel nauseous like you're going to throw up. Mostly for days and days at a time. At least, that's how it was in my case. I had morning sickness for the first 9 weeks of pregnancy, every day, and mostly when I felt hungry. Sometimes you throw up, sometimes you never do...in my case, I only threw up once, the whole 9 weeks.

Its different for each person. Some lucky folks don't get it at all! For some its just a mild queasy sensation that passes early in the day. For others its fully on vomiting that lasts all day long. Best of luck.

Honestly, it feels like a stomach bug. It can affect you anytime in the day too, not just the morning.

You feel really nauseous, certain smells, movements,etc...can make you want to barf. Yet there are moments in your day when you feel GREAT and then maybe you might feel exhausted. It's nothing like the flu.
