Its quite boring actually, I would advise you to not waste your time on it.

In my opinion, definately don't pay to see it at the cinema. If you're incredibly bored when it's out on DVD, it might be worth a look, but I personally thought it was a bit pathetic. Maybe because I was expecting a better film because of Hannibal and Silence of the Lambs.

It's one of the worst movies ever made. The guy who played young Hannibal was terrible. He had none of the menace or charisma of Anthony Hopkins. In fact, he was so bad that the character wasn't scary at all. Just as bad was the fact that the movie gave Hannibal a "reason" for becoming a killer, and we were supposed to sympathize with him. Personally, I think that once you sympathize with Lecter, he completely loses all his ability to be scary.
