Keep offering her breath mints or a minty breath gum. If she says "no thank you", then you should reply, "yes, please do". Say it in a tone of voice to where you mean it as her breath is horrible. Also, invite her to a sleep over. Before bed, mention that it's time to brush teeth. Do it together, keeping an eye on her techniqe. Offer her brushing advise such as brushing the tongue to eliminate odor causing bacterias. Make sure & floss as well & demonstrate it to her. Mention how flossing removes food particles which cause bad breath if left untreated. Taking care of your teeth & gums, keeps you at less risk of developing gingivitis, which also causes bad breath & tooth decay.

buy her a tongue cleaner, they are inexpensive. One day tell her you need to talk but you don't want to hurt her feelings. Tell her that you have noticed that her breath isn;t as fresh as it should be and that you have tried thsi great tongue cleaner and it helped you . She will want to try it. I am sure she knows that her breath is not pleasant and she needs a TRUE FRIEND to help her find a solution. Be her true friend. She will really thank you when she starts getting more guys wanting to get closer to her.

Talk about someone else. Tell her that the other day, you were talking to someone and you almost threw up as their breath smelled terrible. She would check her breath, secretly of course. Good luck!

There is no way! She will definetly feel bad so tell her. Its best she hears it from her friend than from some one else. Like the saying goes "open rebuke is better than secret love".

you can't,of course you being her friend you should tell her.Being a friend is being a friend at all times and being honest. This will only test her friendship for you,if she will except your words as words of love and concern or will she feel attacked? It's her choice that will make or break the friendship.I would rather my friend tell me rather than have me all up in people's faces offending them.

Get some breath mints or strips, and have one yourself before offering her one. Do this often.

Give her a bubble gum first to soften the blow before telling her so that it would be constructive instead of destructive.
