Nature is certainly one of the best sites.

Here is another one:
http://www.jobs.ac.uk

You can browse online and make your selection.
You could also look in the website of Institutes of Research and Universities around UK . Good ones are : MRI and the Hutchison Institute in Cambridge; the Paterson Institute in Manchester; Welcome Trust Research Centre and Biomedical Research Centre in Dundee (Scotland - not much there, but research is really good!); Roslin Institute in Edinburgh and the Beatson Institute in Glasgow.
I hope I got the spelling right.

Good luck
p.s: if you can´t find anything and you are willing to relocate, you could send us your CV (we are in Vienna, though..)

Nature will have more European positions, but also check Sciencecareers.com and quite frankly even Monster.com has headhunters for postdoc positions that scour it.

Have you tried www.nature.com? They have an extensive careers section.
