NBC Heroes on at 8 Central Time (However it is not on tonight due to deal or no deal....but if you havn't seen any...you really should!)
NBC Black Donnelly's at 9 central time--the 3rd episode...really good.

i like heroes on nbc at 8est. its a little confusing to jump in the middle of it, but you can watch past episodes at nbc.com
except i just remembered that heroes is on a break for the next month. sorry
