that's kinda like comparing apples to oranges

cable is theoretically faster , however the disadvantage of cable is it's shared bandwidth , where as DSL is a digital service link , with a set bandwidth ratio per user . so if your the only one on your cables switch , your faster then dsl most of the time , however when you have say 15 people using the same switch , your speed will not even be close to dsl .

I have DSL at work and Cable at the house. Cable beats DSL in speed and performance any time.

I have also used Cable/DSL..there both fast.. but I prefer cable..

I've used cable as well as DSL .... for me ... cable seems to be better

cable. i am getting ready to switch back to cable. i have had dsl for a while, and it keep getting dropped, having to reset the modem each time. what a pain!
