Get a banana and think of it as a phallic object.
Don't eat it right away, but put it near your mouth.
If you feel disgusted, you may not be. If you feel aroused, it mean that you have possible bisexual tendencies.

If you're emotionally and physically attracted to people of the same sex, then there's a strong chance you could be gay. It means you have feelings for people of the same sex, and can see yourself in a relationship with a person of the same sex.
It's not determined by the way you look or act, it's about how YOU feel. It's okay to feel confused, especially if you're starting to acknowledge these feelings or seriously think about them. That's pretty normal. You don't need to engage in sex with another person to know yourself, being gay is about your emotions and feelings too. Don't ignore that part of yourself because people tell you it's all about physical attractions.
It's something only you'll be able to say for certain, so take some time and listen to what you're feeling. It's okay if you are gay, or bisexual, or straight. As long as you're comfortable with yourself, which is the most important thing.

Tell your family at dinner you are gay. If you feel good about it when you wake up in the morning, you are gay. If not, tell everyone at breakfast you were just kidding.

Watch a person that you are attracted to (must be same sex). get undressed follow him/her in to the bathroom allow them to undress you and then take a bath that person. If you feel uncomfortable then you are most likely not gay.
