i think you need a new brand.. i use Lancome and MAc.. and they are amazing.. it lasts all day... before applying the eyeshadow.. put a small amount of foundation over your eye or some lose powder.. which keeps it from smudging and going all over the place... also, get a good eyeliner that doesnt smudge. i've tried almost every brand and i found that Mary Kay eyeliner works best.. so i would recomend that... best wishes...

Plus MAC has the largest viarity is colors ever..

P.S. get waterproof cosmetics because it probobly goes all over the place because of your skin... might be oily... best wishes

Apply an eye primer before eye shadow. I have used both Benefit and No 7 and they both work wonders. Your eye shadow looks brighter and stays on as you want it all day.

I'm currently using the No 7 eye primer and like it a lot. At the moment Boots are giving away £5 vouchers with sales over £10 so if you get one you can get £5 off the eye primer which is only £6ish anyway.

go to the estee lauder counter and ask for a product called barely mauve. they might try to sell you something else more $ but tell them barely mauve is what you want. It a concealer that looks mauve so don't be scared. Take a very little bit and smear it on your lids. It only takes a very thin layer. Let dry and then apply eyeshadow. At the estee lauder counter, take their tester and smear a little on top of your hand, let dry, and then use on of their tester eye shadows on top. you will notice how much of a difference it will make. It really brings out the color and keep it on all day! It only costs about $17 and will last you years. I've had mine about 10 months and am not even half way done with it! Its one product I would never live with out. But don't use foundation on your lids because it has oils in it that will make your shadows wear off sooner than without.

All of this is wrong, All you need is an eye primer before you put on your eyeshadow. That will prevent creasing and help it stay on much longer! I cannot live without my eyeprimer.

Lancome has one its ok, Mary Kay has an eye primer also that lasts forever! When you go to wash it off soap and water doesnt work, you have to use makeup remover thats how good primers are.

Good Luck <3

Eyeshadow should be exactly that, shadows over the eyes but to make sure you get the best effect, you need to get the best quality, I recommend mac cosmetics or Revlon, also make sure you aren't allergic to any of the products. First apply the darkest shade you want onto the middle of your eye, use a lighter one for the top of your eyelid, and the lightest for the top of your lid, blend it all in afterwards so that divisions are not visible

Are you using a drugstore cosmetic brand? I have tried many eyeshadow and found that Urban Decay is quite good at staying put. Each eyeshadow costs about $18, but the density is amazing and you use less product in the long run. Cheaper eyeshadows use mainly "filler" ingredients and you'll have to reapply more often.

The best idea, and it works for me, my eye shadow never smudges or creases.
When you apply ya foundation and powder cover ya eye socket too.
Then the best bit lol Get a eye pencil the same or similar colour and colour the part of the lid you wear ya shadow, then apply the shadow, always powder, think them creams are nasty lol
It will stay on for ya shift i bet ya lol
I don't use expensive pencils or eye- shadows either and it still works :)

I apply base over my lids first. The eyeshadow lasts longer and doesn't crease ;-)

if you use the cream eyeshadow that really creases. try to use a powder eyeshadow. you can also use like a concealer and put it on your eyelids and then apply the powder eyeshadow. That will help it stay on longer
