Victoria Secret's has some 1 1/2 inch inseam one's but they are not tight on the legs.

Thank you so much for asking this question. I've been looking for some for myself for the past couple of months. (figure they'll be cheaper if I start in the winter) Found some on Hollister. Though.

Try Wet Seal, Hot Flash, Bodyworks, Frederick's of Hollywood, etc. I've not seen them but I wasn't looking for them. I would try some of the above mentioned places starting with Frederick's, if you don't have a store local try them online.
