I've heard that some women wear/put make-up sponge(s) inside their vagina to keep the blood from running during sex,how true it this,how effective and wouldn't the man feel the sponge inside? Will I be able to take the spone back out?
Usually this would be outta my option,but a special occasion is coming up with me and my boyfriend........
If it is effective,how many is enough?

I have never heard of such a thing. They do make a menstrual cup, I would try it before using make up sponges.

yes. It can stop some leaking. It really deepends on how deep you are, or how far he goes in. Either way, it will not interfere with anything. The hardest thing will be taking it out.
