I have no fear of a black president. I think I could trust them as much or more than a white president.

It's idiots like you that encourage racism.

Most of us out here in "flyover" country are not racists. We don't care about someone else's color until it grants them special rights and privileges that we don't have. My only problem with minorities is when they get special perks simply for being a minority.

I grew up poor. I've worked since I was seven years old. However, some middle-class black kid gets bonus points on his college application, he gets bonus points on civil service tests, and he can play the race card any other time it suits his needs.

Are you telling us that the first black president is going to somehow be able to make even more laws that discriminate against white people? Do you understand how our government works? The senators and congressmen make the laws.

Perhaps you should take a civics class and learn something about this country.

This is a fairy tale that will not happen.

I fear no man black or white..but i do fear the menace from the orient..the Chinese will take over the world in the future.

You and I have been playing into their hands and don't know that WW III has already started a few years ago.

Black or white will not be the primary color who rules the world powers..it will be "follow the yellow brick road"
it won't be long now ...comrade

No. When you see black mayors elected to office in major cities do you see the white people fleeing in fear? This country is meant for everyone, no matter skin tone, to be able to pursue their own path to happiness. And as long as "blacks" are fair and good politicians, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be elected and do an honorable job.

There will never be a black President unless he gets the white vote.
I'd better vote for Hillary anyway :-)

Obama is running for President, and he is not running on a "black" agenda,he is running for all Americans not just blacks.
Sounds like your question is a little tainted .
I am voting for Obama over Hillary as of right now, unless something changes between now and then. Hillary "waffles" too much back and forth on different issues. At least with Obama you know where you stand, and my race has nothing to do with it either,I am white.
I am voting on the issues, not the color of a person's skin, the"content of their character",mmmm I think I heard that line somewhere before..now who said that.

I didn't realize the president of the USA being a black man would only be the president of black people. I thought he would have been voted in by the majority of this nation.

Why is that? Are you saying that if a black was elected president that whites would no longer have any rights? Perhaps its your way of thinking that keeps your race down?
