I answer alot of questions here and I think I do a great job I tell the hard truth to people as I see it, but when I sit down and look at my mail to see all the( chosen for best answers) I cant understand why my brillant answer was not chosen! Do you think I should start kissing butt and flattering the questioner to get to level 3?

I reviewed several of your answer. I suggest that your answers aren't as brilliant as you seem to feel. In addition to a number of spelling and grammatical mistakes, the actual content is suspect, in most cases. The lack of 'best answers' should be feedback enough, that you need to reassess your own self image. A good start would be seeking therapy from a professional, if you have not already done so.

I would not give a suck a best answer I look for class have a look at my score and I dont suck I often have helped people with my answers.

Yes. Just tell people what they want to hear and they will be much more likely to give you the best answer points.
